Can't Ignore it.

Everyone knows it's easy to take a look at something, & see something you didn't want to see, you wish in your heart that there was something more you could do, but instead turn away, ignore it, act like you never seen a thing.   It's not always "easy" but, let's be honest, it's easier than making that change that you wish to see, isn't it?  I personally think so.

Freeze...think about if everyone turned away..if everyone ignored seeing what they didn't want to see...what if no one changed..anything?   Just imagine that horrible thought.  Think about the world we would live in!  It would be pure madness, not to mention sadness.  (I didn't mean for that to rhyme, honestly.)  More people would be starving, which would cause so many more deaths.  Not that those things don't already happen in today's world.

Now..think about this..what if everyone..or maybe even just HALF..of the people DIDN'T turn away!  They didn't ignore it, but try to make a change!   I mean really try.  Hard.   Now, I don't know about you but that puts a big grin on my face! :)   Think of all the lives that would be saved, think of how happy our Father, God would be!  Saving HIS children!

I want to show you two young men that have really stood out to me.  And the very least I could do is mention them in a blog post.  Everyone I'd like you to meet, Duncan & Samuel!  God put them on my heart to post about them & that's exactly what I'll do!   These young men are almost SIXTEEN years old!  And never, not even a couple of times heard the words "I love you" from anyone who truly truly meant it.  From the bottom of their hearts.  Now add up how many times someones said "I love you" to you?  Too many times to count, isn't it?  Well for me it is.  Just by family alone I could never count and add up every time they've wrapped their loving arms around me & spoke those three true treasuring words to me.   And I'll be completely honest, I take it for granted a lot.  I shouldn't, no one should.

Read Samuel's RR (Reece's Rainbow) profile information.

Samuel will be 16 in May 2012 – so he needs a family, FAST!

From a family who met him in Feb 2012:

Sam is an AMAZING young man! He is friendly, good-natured, has a good sense of humor, and loves soccer (futbol). He is very good at soccer, and has gone to a camp for great players in Poland a few summers ago. Sam very much wants a family in America- he approached a family adopting there and asked many questions about it, and has talked to the orphanage staff before about how much he wants a family- for parents to love him, encourage him, and support him.

Sam's disability is very minor- he has malformed fingers on both hands that appear to be due to banding of some sort. Otherwise, he is healthy. Because of this disability, he was sent to a special needs orphanage. He is very smart, has already started learning English in school at the orphanage and is well-liked by his friends. Sam's faith in God is very important to him and he would like a family who also worships God, who will encourage his gifts in soccer, and who will tell him "I love you" and listen to him as he talks.

Sam has goals for the future, and would like to play soccer and go to college, but he knows his life in his home country will not give him those chances. He is very intelligent, very respectful and has a great perspective about adoption, because he has a friend already adopted into the US. The family that met him in February 2012 will be happy to answer questions about him as well. Sam eagerly posed for the pictures, and begged the family and facilitator to please not forget him and to find him a family fast!"

And here is, Duncan's RR profile information;
Duncan will be 16 in summer 2012 – so he needs a family, FAST!

From a family who met him in Feb 2012:

Duncan very much wants a family. He is smart and works hard. He gets along well with others. Duncan struggles with facing the future here in his native country. He knows that unless a miracle happens and he gets adopted (or a family commits and gets USCIS approval) in the next few months, he is going to be sent to a mental institution, even though mentally, he has no issues. Duncan appears to have CP, and he is small for his age (about the size of a 13 year old). Duncan's medical information is en route from the orphanage now, but the family who met him and who he approached to ask for a family and the facilitator want to go ahead and get his information and picture out there.

Duncan uses a walker to walk and is independent in mobility. Duncan is a compassionate teen and one who says he "fears even to hope for a family, because he doesn't think anyone would want him because he isn't handsome". In fact, when it was time to pose for this picture, Duncan worried that someone would see it and then not want him. Duncan needs a family to show him God looks on the heart to see beauty (even though he's a quite handsome boy regardless)- and so do Christian families.   Duncan's heart is big, and he is well-loved in this orphanage. Many worry for him if he doesn't get adopted before he turns 16 and it is too late.

Please, if you are interested, contact RR right away. The family who met him is also very willing to talk to anyone who wants more information."

They are so desperate for someone to love them!  Please, SHARE THIS!!  Let their names & awareness spread like a wildfire!  Pray SO hard for them!  And if you feel like God is calling you to take the challenge, step up & adopt these gentle men before it's too late!

As much as you & I want to ignore this, DON'T!  Please, please don't ignore this.  Two lives, & many many more depend on the people like us who are able to help SAVE them!  Just don't let this go by you with out trying to help somehow.

Thank you SO much for reading!  Means a lot to me. :)

New Photo's Of Tabitha!

So excited to share with you all new pictures of "my" Tabitha!  :)  Oh, just look at how PRECIOUS she is! Like a little glowing angel! <3  I wish more than anything I could pick her up & hold her in my arms!  Kiss those rose red cheeks!  Goodness she is one of God's finest creations, with out a doubt. <3 I'm so in love with this baby doll it's unreal!  If I could make her my daughter I would!  (If I was older, married & all that, of course)   I've been her warrior for a long time now & she still hasn't been adopted into a loving family.  It breaks my heart.   I want to see her SMILING!  Giggling in the arms of someone who truly loves her!

I have watched this little angel grow right before my very eyes, through pictures.  I've prayed for her almost everyday since I committed to becoming a Prayer Warrior for her.  God's answered prayers for letting her continue to stay in decent looking health, I MAJOR prayer God answered! <3

I've seen her go from baby,
To older baby...

And older..

To mini toddler....

To a toddler!
Oh & my hopes for "my" baby are still SO HIGH! <3 I see only the best in her future!  I truly feel like she is a part of me!  I pray that someday soon her family will be able to watch her blossom into the true beauty queen she is!

Please please please help me save "my" Tabitha!!  She doesn't deserve to be where she is.  NO CHILD DOES!  I want more than anything to see her beautiful smile again!  Cause in case you didn't notice she's NOT SMILING in any of the newest photos.  :(

That's not normal for a child her age!  She needs a family!  I can't to everyone ENOUGH how badly "my" baby needs to be adopted!  I could cry about it, literally.  I've cried when I've wrote posts for her before.  I just want her to be happy!  I know God has a PERFECT plan for Tabi!  He doesn't make mistakes, He doesn't create something beautiful to go to waste in a stinking orphanage.  I truly believe He has a reason for me finding this princess & becoming her Prayer Warrior!

Don't worry Tabitha!  I'll find your forever family! <3

You too can help little Tabi!

PRAY, please pray for her!  Prayer will do WONDERS for this child!  God is listening!  <3 I promise He is!
